Dizzy Cow Terms & Conditions
Please read these Terms & Conditions carefully before booking with Dizzy Cow Events. By paying your deposit or confirming your booking, you agree to these terms in full.

These terms help ensure events run smoothly, safely and fairly for both clients and Dizzy Cow Events.
Dizzy Cow Events – Terms & Conditions
Your £30 deposit secures your booking date and is deducted from your final balance if the booking proceeds.
If you cancel more than 10 days before your event, your deposit can be refunded.
If you cancel within 10 days of your event, your deposit becomes non-refundable due to preparation costs, staffing, scheduling and stock purchases.
1. Booking Confirmation
Bookings are only confirmed once the required deposit has been received by Dizzy Cow Events.
The person making the booking confirms they are aged 18 or over and have authority to agree to these Terms & Conditions on behalf of all guests attending the event.
2. Deposits & Payments
- A £30 deposit is required to secure all bookings.
- The deposit is deducted from the final event balance if the booking proceeds.
- The remaining balance must be paid no later than 10 days before the event date.
- If full payment is not received by this deadline, Dizzy Cow Events reserves the right to automatically cancel the booking.
- If the client cancels more than 10 days before the event date, the deposit may be refunded.
- If the client cancels within 10 days of the event date, the deposit becomes non-refundable.
- Refunds are processed at the discretion of Dizzy Cow Events within a reasonable timeframe.
3. Venue & Access Requirements
Clients are responsible for ensuring the venue:
- Permits cocktail-related activities
- Has suitable safe access
- Provides enough space for setup and guest participation
- Has appropriate surfaces or tables where required
- Allows reasonable unloading and access arrangements
If restricted access, stairs, parking issues, security restrictions or difficult venue conditions significantly delay setup or service delivery, Dizzy Cow Events reserves the right to shorten service time accordingly without refund.
4. Alcohol & Age Restrictions
- Alcohol will only be served to persons aged 18 or over.
- Dizzy Cow Events reserves the right to request valid photographic identification.
- Alcohol service may be refused to anyone appearing intoxicated, aggressive or unsafe.
- The booking organiser accepts responsibility for guest behaviour.
5. Allergies & Dietary Requirements
Clients must notify Dizzy Cow Events of any allergies, intolerances or dietary requirements before the event.
While reasonable care is taken, Dizzy Cow Events cannot guarantee an allergen-free environment.
6. Safety & Conduct
Dizzy Cow Events reserves the right to refuse or stop service if:
- Guests behave aggressively or abusively
- The environment is considered unsafe
- Illegal activity occurs
- Licensing concerns arise
- Staff safety is compromised
In these circumstances, refunds are not guaranteed.
7. Cancellations by Dizzy Cow Events
Dizzy Cow Events reserves the right to cancel or rearrange bookings due to circumstances outside of reasonable control including:
- Severe weather
- Illness
- Travel disruption
- Vehicle breakdowns
- Government restrictions
- Venue issues
- Force majeure events
Where possible, alternative dates or refunds may be offered at Dizzy Cow Events’ discretion.
8. Liability
- Participation is entirely at guests’ own risk.
- Dizzy Cow Events accepts no responsibility for injury caused by reckless behaviour or failure to follow instructions.
- Dizzy Cow Events is not responsible for loss, theft or damage to personal belongings.
- The booking organiser may be held responsible for damage caused by guests.
- Total liability shall never exceed the total amount paid for the booking.
9. Photography & Social Media
Dizzy Cow Events may occasionally capture photographs or videos during events for marketing and social media purposes.
Clients should notify Dizzy Cow Events before the event if they do not wish to appear in promotional content.
10. Intellectual Property
All Dizzy Cow branding, graphics, cocktail concepts, menus, photography, content and materials remain the intellectual property of Dizzy Cow Events unless agreed otherwise in writing.
11. General
- Dizzy Cow Events reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time.
- These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
- If any section of these Terms becomes invalid or unenforceable, the remaining sections remain in full effect.
